About StageUp
StageUp is a fair music tournament platform built on the ATP tennis structure. Artists compete across five tiers — Qualifying, ATP 250, ATP 500, Masters, and Grand Slam — earning points exclusively through verified fan engagement. No bots. No pay-to-win. No algorithm favoritism. Every point is earned by connecting with a real, verified human.
The goal is simple: the most genuinely connected artist in each genre wins their season's prize pool. Points determine rank. Fans determine points. The leaderboard is public and transparent.
Why we built it
The music industry's biggest problem is not talent — it's discovery. Millions of brilliant independent artists are never heard because the gatekeepers are algorithms built to maximize ad revenue, not artistry. Streaming platforms bury new artists under layers of promoted content. Social platforms reward whoever spends the most on ads.
StageUp flips that model. Instead of opaque recommendation engines, we give every artist a transparent leaderboard. Instead of ad-driven exposure, we give artists a dedicated Google-indexed profile page. Instead of virtual clout, we give the best artists a real prize pool backed by their actual fans. The system rewards connection, not cash.
How the score works
Points are only awarded when engagement comes from a Telegram-verified or email-verified user. Unverified traffic is tracked but never counted.

The five tiers

You only compete against artists in your own tier. No newcomer is matched against an established Grand Slam artist until they've earned their way up.
The prize pool mechanic
Fan subscriptions cost $5.45 / month. Of that, $4.00 flows directly into the prize pool for the genre of the artist the fan subscribed to. StageUp adds a 10% platform contribution on top.
At the exact moment Season 1 closes, the artist with the highest verified score in each genre wins their genre's accumulated pool. Payouts go via PayPal or crypto wallet within 7 business days.
If a genre pool sits at $0 at season end, it rolls over to Season 2. Artists still compete for score, tier promotion, and SEO exposure regardless.
